He did his best: firstly, the leader was not prepared for this trip at all - there was no selection of films or any materials about the country to which we were going to rest - instead, we were asked to enjoy the scenery outside the bus window; secondly, the leadership qualities of the leader leave much to be desired, there was no clarity in the organization of all excursions - the group was constantly waiting for something or someone; thirdly, a person absolutely does not know how to communicate with people. →

We signed an agreement with this company for the supply of vacationers to the Crimea, Yalta, their first trip began at the end of June, while they were taking 5-10 people. Moreover, they promised a whole bus, and from the 8th of June. We were in shock, because. the price was given to them for the season based on other promises. Therefore, without hesitation, we turned to them again. Now in order: We chose the tour back in mid-July, the tour was supposed to take place at the end of August. A week before the start of the tour, it was announced that it was canceled, explaining that the group did not get enough. →

Why you should not go with Ile-tour to Bulgaria. We went there from 14.08. to 25.08. A couple of questions arise for Il-tour and his partner BALKAN: - Why, gentlemen, are your buses broken-down junk, decommissioned, it seems like back in Soviet times, breaking down every 150-200 km of the way? Why don’t TVs, microphones work, seats don’t fold out, shelves break, and why does a bus drag along an empty road at a speed of 50 km / h? Why should we receive incomprehensible lowing of semi-literate Bulgarian carriers for any questions, the mere sight of which causes fear - is it either a drug addict or a convict? And why do they allow themselves to be rude, to look sloppy, like homeless people, to recruit left-handed passengers for real money to the detriment of the main passengers, turn off air conditioners, pretending to be broken? Why do Bulgarian dispatchers talk to you for your own money, like a down, repeating the same thing like a parrot, instead of giving a clear answer to the question? And why is a bus late for many hours in Bulgaria every day, is it the norm? Conclusion: for our tour operator Il-tour and its partner, the Bulgarian carrier BALKAN, you are of interest only until the moment of payment. →
