We ordered a weekend tour with climbing Hoverla. We were amazed at the quality of organization and service, despite the fact that the tour is quite cheap. Before traveling to Bulgaria, I read reviews about Iltur's bus transportation (it's a pity that after paying for the tour I couldn't refuse).
