I liked everything, everything was fast, high quality and just wonderful. A very good agency. The flight was postponed for 6 hours, but it was not connected with the airline, because they called and said that there was a bomb on board, so all the planes were delayed. We were then fed in order to apologize, there are simply no complaints. We had a Tez tour operator, the representative offered us excursions, but we didn’t go, since it was already the 6th time in Egypt, we just drove from across the sea.
But everything was very good, fast, high quality, there were no questions at all about service.
