The quality of service at the agency was so-so .. The approach was not very good, the girl at the agency didn’t tell anything special .. It’s good that we had already flown to the Tropics and I myself asked the questions I needed. If I hadn’t asked them myself, no one was going to tell me anything, and the information was important, you had to know in advance that it gets dark early there, that there is nowhere to go, that living creatures are present, meaning mosquitoes, ants ; no one warned that you need to take some funds with you. The manager didn't know that all rooms in the hotel have a sea view. She didn’t say anything about the sign with which we would be met, about the same about the visa. It could have been more voluminous to tell about everything, but it was not the way I wanted. In general, we did not like the approach of the manager. The transfer was normal, the only thing was that everything was very long, at first we were waiting for people, because someone lost their suitcases, then they couldn’t find tourists, so we drove for 4 hours some 100 km.
