Excellent service from the agency. As for the tour operator, there were transfers of flights both on the way there and on the way back. We flew to Turkey 2 hours earlier, back - 2 hours later. The manager at the Anex Tour agency was a contact person, she provided all the information on time, she informed me in advance about the transfer of the flight. The host agents were also good, all issues were resolved, they were always in touch. At the airport, everything was fast, the buses were not delayed. We have no complaints about the "Anex tour" agency, nor the "Join up" operator, we were fine with them.
