I liked everything, but I didn’t like the meeting with the representative of Anex Tour at the Beach Albatros Sharm 4* hotel on 11/17/2021. Please teach him to respect the audience and the time of tourists. Most of the monologue consisted of moralizing and threats, personal boasting. Most of the audience was outraged. Work on all 1000%!!! We chose a travel agency due to its territorial proximity - we live nearby. Very nice girls: Luda and Tanya. Quickly picked up a good option for our money. We fell into a period when the Joint operator had interruptions in departures, often changed the time. The girls constantly informed us about what was happening with our departures, since Joiny's time was changed even on the way to Boryspil))). →
