I bought a coupon for a trip to the Crimea from Samara through Groupon: 2 adults on the coupon and a child directly 10,000 rubles were paid to the BS Travel account. A week before departure, a letter arrived that the group was not recruited and they were ready to return the money. The fact that the group was not recruited they knew back in mid-June, only they decided to notify about it at the end of July. Was told that the refund would be made in 10 working days, but nothing like that happened. The exact dates are not called and judging by the reviews they may not be returned. The vacation did not work out, so BS Travel also gave money. Beware of this company...
