Gathered company to go to Europe for the May holidays. There were 30 of us. Bus tour with the route Lviv - Krakow - Berlin - Amsterdam-Paris - Prague - Lviv. Below are the shortcomings of the Monte Travel travel agency and the EvroTravel tour operator. Claim 1: Departure from Lviv was delayed. Initially, the bus was supposed to leave Lviv at 8:30, but the departure was postponed to 14 hours, as a result of which the stay in the city of Krakow was reduced. →
