Everything went well, cheap trips, but:

-on the day of departure, the transfer was already delayed for 20 minutes, and the representative of the company did not explain anything, and continued to hold a meeting with newcomers, "sucking in" their excursions at three o'clock. Only after raising the tone, he ran out and normally explained what was happening. The scandal could have been avoided if he had initially given the necessary information why the transfer was delayed.
