The day before departure, we were informed that the departure time was changing, instead of morning to evening, which means that we lost a day, but who cares, moreover, the plane was late, and we settled only at four in the morning, as a result, we burned down day and night in the hotel, of course there is no question of compensation. →

The representative of Join Up was seen at the hotel only on the day when he sold us excursions, no one else saw him at the hotel. To clarify the time of excursions, call him on his mobile. They didn’t even come to pick us up for a free tour and they couldn’t get through to him. As a result, they did not get to Soho. Well, at least a leaf with a departure found time to deliver. →
