My husband and I are already seasoned tourists, we go to rest abroad constantly and for a very long time. We have used the services of the TUI company before and have always been extremely satisfied. But then something happened that I would call just a punishment!

I decided to save 50 euros and booked in one agency in Kirovograd through the tour operator JOIN UP! I have no complaints about the agency, but I have a lot of complaints about the operator!

Guides cheat and throw money! hotel rooms for tourists who come through other Ukrainian operators are better than those who come with join up. even the hotel staff at the reception openly talk about this fact! upon arrival, I called the office of the joint up on Yaroslavskaya, I was rude there for a full minced meat! this is how join up treats its tourists! I have never seen a worse company. People, do not save petty money on your peace. we do not work in order to be slinged with mud and deceived for our money! Join UP is a terrible operator! Worse I have ever seen!

Someone asks why remember the history of the holiday through the tour operator Join Up, which is almost a year old. I answer - because the Tourist operator "Join UP!" continues to deceive tourists even now !!!
Declared by them under the non-existent name PANSION MAKARSKA, Makarska, Croatia supposedly should be located at a distance of 500 m from the beach (although six months ago it was stated that it was at a distance of 300 m. It had already moved 200 m). This information is now indicated on the page of the operator "Join UP! http://joinup.ua/hrv/srednyaya-dalmatsiya/makarska/pansion-makarska-3/
In fact, the true name of the boarding house is MOCA * and in reality the hotel is located at a distance of about 1.5 km from the beach (in the beginning you still need to go to the beach through the port embankment), even on the map http://makarska-online.net/moca/images /moca-plan.jpg
And I say this in order to save future tourists from our mistake to contact such a TO.

I was also "lucky" with the Join Up company. This year we traveled to Sri Lanka. We booked a safari tour for four, one of which was a child of 11 years old, we wanted to get a discount on it, but we were refused. On the night before the excursion, the child became very ill, namely, vomiting, disorder, fever. I wanted to warn our hotel guide Svetlana that I and my child would not be able to go on an excursion. But it was night and I decided to call early in the morning. Svetlana began to dial from about 6.30, but she did not pick up the phone, although she was obliged to. I was able to get through to the guide only at 10.30 in the morning. I informed her that we would not be able to go on the tour and I asked for my money back. Svetlana promised me that she would give me the amount paid for the tour, but it is possible that the company will charge a commission of about 15-20 dollars. In the end, only half was returned to me, because I did not provide a certificate stating that my child was really sick. I did not know this, but the guide Svetlana did not warn me about this, and there was no doctor on the territory of the hotel, he had to be called from the city. Although I was already told by people later that I could provide two witnesses and that would be enough. I beg you, stop vilifying the travel agency Join Up, a normal company ... I work in tourism and I myself flew with them to Spain in June for ridiculous money .. and now my tourists flew .. everyone is also happy ... There are always satisfied and dissatisfied ... Here I read and wonder. I used to work in medicine, and I am very familiar with medical terminology. In every field there are words that only people who work in it use. So, tourists do not use the word "book" !!! And earlier, before working in the tourism industry, I, being a tourist and a person with a higher education, did not use the word "book" in this context ...
