I didn't have any issues while serving at the agency, everything was fine. But with flights - we had delays. In the opposite direction, the flight was delayed for 3 hours, which the representatives did not even know about. And the quality of the transfer was not very good. Yes, and upon arrival, we left the airport an hour later and our transfer had already left. →

Further, having paid for the tour, in real life we ​​got a completely different vacation than Natalya described to us. Vacation ruined, money down the drain. Further, we will contact other travel agencies, but not TUI, all because of incompetent employees, such as Andreeva Natalia. →
