We have an unspoken agreement with Premium Travel: they (despite all the requests) fundamentally do not assign us to Ismail's group, and I fundamentally recall and describe all the shortcomings of the tour.

(But if it were the other way around, we would go more often - in the spring we would definitely go 2 times, and maybe in the fall ...)

I will note 2 positive points of the tour:

1. Possibility to visit Pamukkale without rush and race. We were there for the 3rd time, and only this time we were able to walk enough on the travertines and swim (quietly!) for 1 hour.

I think it also played an important role that the group as a whole was not evil. Many bathed in Cleopatra's spring, no one looked like a wolf, everyone behaved quite cheerfully.

AND! even at the end, no one extorted us to chip in for the services of a guide and a driver, which, in general, was very pleasing, because. tips, in my opinion, are an exclusively voluntary matter, and it is more pleasant for us to give what we want, and not the amount that the group requires.

2. I really liked the foam massage at the hotel (which was included in the program). And although the hotel itself is very good, it is located in a provincial place where there is no possibility to buy something from the forgotten necessary trifles at affordable prices nearby.

Well, the Colossae Hotel in Pamukkale struck me with its intricacy. For example, when numbers 168 are higher than numbers 220, etc. We did not find an elevator at all, in my opinion, it was not there. We had a LOT of difficulty finding our room in the corner of the 3rd floor each time. And it was even more difficult to drag the suitcases into the room!

I would like at least 1 day to be free for everyone, because many just wanted to relax. Well, an excursion to the World takes a whole day (and the trip to the sunken city does not even have time). Given the daily departures at 7h30min, this is not easy enough.

Thank you for the donated bathrobes, but it would not hurt to ask tourists about how they ended up with sizes. Because Initially, the travel agency wanted to buy the most standard sizes and explained this by the fact that the majority of the group was young people. In our opinion, there are no more than 25% of young people in the group (this time it was even more than usual), and the travel agency itself can look at the years of birth and take this into account when buying bathrobes, as well as planning rich hiking tours.

It’s also a shame that no one warned us that it was impossible to carry by plane perfumes with a strength above 70 degrees, which were taken from our luggage at the Antalya airport (several bottles of purchased Turkish cologne, costing, in general, about 15 euros). And could "Premio Travel" and warn.

And the seats on the flight to Turkey were given to us at different ends of the plane. Well, some man agreed to move.

The cafe for lunch that I wrote about in the last review, after which I had a stomach ache (somewhere near Pamukkale) has not been changed to another, although there are still stale salads, dirty apples and a smelly toilet.

Well, "Turkish Night" was terrible. Worst of the 3 we've been to. The performance was good. But! The presenters talked with foreigners, no one spoke Russian, the hall was full. We were seated in the very corner on the right, it was terribly visible and everything was only from the side. In addition to wine (2 bottles for 10 people), popcorn and carrots for snacks, nothing was put on the table. Until the husband went to demand the required gin and brandy. But we knew about it! And who did not know, he probably sat there. Also wanted a tip. For what?!

Note to the travel agency: you need to know the names of the guides correctly, I think this is important. For example, we were given the names Sezay and Gaidar. In fact, the guides' names are Sezai and Haidar. I think that they are unpleasant when they are called incorrectly.
