We were in Sharm el-Sheikh in February 2019, three of us with friends. I want to write a review for Pegas-Touristik about their representative Halim. Which of the tourists he came across - I strongly recommend either asking another guide, or not buying any excursions from Halim. Why? Further in more detail. 1. We went to Dubai in April with my sister. There was too much choice, but we dreamed of going there. We entrusted our holiday to Pegas Touristik, not least due to their good reputation and reliability, which they confirmed. The hotel was chosen for us by the Golden Tulip Media Hotel, which we did not regret in the end. The hotel staff are top notch - very helpful and attentive, as well as prompt. →

Bought from a travel agent, a representative of Pegasus. The day before departure, the time of stay was reduced. True, in half a day the money was returned. Flight postponed twice. Upon arrival at the hotel (at night) there were no available rooms. At night, they moved on foot to another hotel, from which they moved 2 days before the end of the tour. →

A good tour operator, however, tourists from TEZ Tour, said what prices they have, all their tours are twice cheaper. It is a pity that we learned this after buying a trip to Luxor. →

The rest was spoiled only by the organizer of "Pegasus", in particular by air flights !!! And hello to the terrible airline "Wind Rose" !!! Who gets what percentage of this? Stealing a one night stay on vacation, who benefits from it and who profits from it??? Good company, no tricks, transparent, efficient. No hidden fees. We met, told everything in detail, the tour guide was pleasant, without trying to sell a bunch of incomprehensible excursions. I recommend! →

Very pleasant, sociable, sociable, responsive people. Especially the guides. Questions asked are always answered. If at the moment there is no information, they will call you back as soon as possible and give an answer. And if there is no connection with you, up to the point that they will come to you, they will find you and provide the necessary information. →
