We chose this agency on the advice of friends and did not regret it. Themselves from Belarus offered us a hot tour at the agency Friendly staff and an experienced manager who had an exhaustive answer to all our questions, it is clear that he himself was there and knows the entire infrastructure of the hotel and did not take information from the hotel's websites We will continue to use this agency and recommend to friends and acquaintances. →

Initially planned a budget vacation with 2 children in the coming days The travel agent offered options, in her words, "good hotels" .. but a tin was waiting for us: a hotel in which they don’t clean, and they don’t respond to requests to do this .. initially we got a dirty, not cleaned room with a non-working air conditioner. after we they gave 10 dollars to the guy at the reception, they changed the room for us and cleaned it superficially . →
