I am contacting this agency for the second time, they are very good at picking up tours for me, etc. There were no transfers, everything was minute by minute, the transfer was excellent. Excursions offered only expensive ones, in the end they didn’t go anywhere, they didn’t offer free excursions. →

Pros: Competence, prices, friendly staff. CONS: the tour operator iltur is twenty-year-old uncomfortable cramped buses, without air conditioning, there is no promised transfer (we can assume that they forgot us at the hotel! We got to the bus by taxi), doubled tickets, a broken suitcase. →
We were sent to Sri Lanka by the Eva Lanka 4 * hotel, this is a vacation that will be remembered for a lifetime, an inexpensive comfortable hotel with slides for the money we really liked. Many thanks to the staff of the company for the fact that they managed to convince us to go to this hotel. I recommend everyone to contact them, where they get these cheap prices is a mystery to me. → |
