We were going to Cyprus for a long time, several times we even almost caught last-minute trips, but we wanted the rest to be perfect, and therefore we decided not to rush and choose what we want. The tour operator was recommended by friends. At the office, we were almost immediately offered a list of hotels, with the pros and cons of each, and were given time to think. When the hotel was determined, we agreed on the dates of departure and issued all the necessary documents, paid for the tour and services. The tour included flights, transfers, accommodation and insurance, as well as several excursions. A few days before departure, we received a package of documents, the manager clearly explained for each document what it was for and where which paper should be given or shown. In addition, we received reliable and complete answers to all questions. We were worried, because we flew to this country for the first time and did not know anything, but over the phone with representatives of the TPG, everything was easily resolved. In general, I would highly recommend the tour operator.
