When we bought vouchers and read reviews about hotels, we were asked to change to another hotel for this money, which was on sale, with the best reviews. The operator agreed, but it was still necessary to pay 100% of the cost of the tour to everyone, i.e. buy tickets again, but forget about these. →

The tour operator manipulates his tourists as he wants. Instead of purchased tours, they are taken to "their" hotels, they lie that the hotels where the tour was purchased are closed. I personally went to my originally purchased hotel and it was open and there were enough tourists there and all the certificates were available, moreover, they told me that my tour to them was rebooked to another hotel (without my participation !!!). →
