They sent me to the wrong time and on the wrong flight. I showed my documents. I used Google Translate. It was no use. They didn't understand. I formed an opinion. . She simply can't work. There's no contact with the guide. The travel agency isn't responding to emails asking for help. In short, panic set in. Finally, an hour later, we decided on a transfer. I breathed a sigh of relief. Although I knew I'd be calmer once my wife and I got on the bus. My worries were not without reason. I ran along the roads, my face red with excitement. The bus stopped somewhere along the road quite far from the hotel. Everyone got on and breathed a sigh of relief. I asked the guide, Yana, why she didn't leave her number or call.
