Hello. Let me tell you briefly about my trip to Albania. Late September 2025. We arrived at the Seasid Hotel in Dures at night. On the way, the company guide wrote down a phone number but didn't give us his own. I paid 100 euros for an early check-in. We were checked in right away. The room was nice with a sea view and a balcony.

Everything was fine. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Well done. The beach was very dirty. Let's not pay attention to that. It was good close to the hotel. The sea was warm. There were enough sun loungers. The saddest thing was the all-inclusive meal plan. The same thing every day. Not particularly good. By the third day, I was sick. If you ask for something different, it's an additional fee, and a hefty one. Alcohol is free, only raki, wine, and beer. Other choices also cost money. I had to go to the market. Guests from Europe were embarrassed to complain. They simply left the hotel early. Some cried, some laughed. I decided to try to survive this nightmare and managed to wait until the day of departure. There was some confusion with the transfer at reception. They sent me to the wrong time and on the wrong flight. I showed my documents. I used Google Translate. It was no use. They didn't understand. I formed an opinion. . She simply can't work. There's no contact with the guide. The travel agency isn't responding to emails asking for help. In short, panic set in. Finally, an hour later, we decided on a transfer. I breathed a sigh of relief. Although I knew I'd be calmer once my wife and I got on the bus. My worries were not without reason. I ran along the roads, my face red with excitement. The bus stopped somewhere along the road quite far from the hotel. Everyone got on and breathed a sigh of relief. I asked the guide, Yana, why she didn't leave her number or call. She said her phone number was bad and hers was private. So the excursions were ruined. Although I had planned it. What's the point of her being there if she doesn't do her job at all? The bottom line is this. The staff themselves are great. Quite nice and sociable people. It's just that the management is completely unorganized. They're still a long way from Turkey. I won't go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone who doesn't want extreme experiences.

The hotel room was nice. The staff tried their best. No complaints. The food is terrible. They warm it up in the morning, freeze it in the evening. Every day. Stupidly the same thing. Nothing but chicken. It's sickening. I used the supermarket. The beach is dirty. The sun loungers look like they couldn't be lifted out of a bunker.

I've been to many places, so I have something to compare it to. Free crayfish, wine, and beer. You have to pay for everything else, and it's quite expensive. This isn't all-inclusive. It's a scam and a rip-off. I don't recommend going. I went to check it out. There are a lot of smart people and advisers. I don't want to offend anyone. Just believe me. It's true.
