But the biggest disappointment - this kitchen utensils were not at all. I do not understand why rent an apartment and write that it is possible to cook on your own, if you do not provide basic utensils. We tried for two days - we brought 4 glasses, 4 forks, 2 spoons, 2 deep plates and 2 small plates. We bought the rest of the dishes ourselves.
The first three days did not clean the rooms, the maid did not even know the basic phrases in English. At the reception they said that there was no spare key to the room, so they did not clean it.
When they started to leave the key, everything was fine.
Breakfasts are very monotonous, the last few days the children refused to eat at all.
We constantly approached the reception and contacted our guide, but to no avail.
But the worst happened on the last day of rest. My son had a birthday and we celebrated in the restaurant "Shkodra" (by the way, a very nice place, probably the best of all the rest, that's where we got decent service - I highly recommend). After visiting the restaurant, we were walking on the territory of the hotel, when our neighbor came running and told us that we were drowning him. Really in our room the crane broke and flooded all things and 4 floors under us. There was no master, so my husband repaired it.
We wrote complaints at the hotel, at the Fiery of Travels. But all without results - we did not receive any apologies or compensation for the spoiled rest. So I decided to warn people who are going to rest in the "Dolce Vita" to think again.

3. The apartments are large and spacious, 3 balconies with a hanging dryer, air conditioning, TV and refrigerator worked, there is a large kitchenette, but there was a meager amount of dishes. There were a lot of small flaws in the room, but the biggest ones are the lack of a kettle and the annoying mosquitoes.

If you stop for 2-3 days, then the food can be considered normal for an adult: 3 types of cheese, 2 types of muesli, sliced ham, boiled eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, fried sausages, juices, coffee, milk, herbal tea (no black), portioned butter, honey, processed cheese, Danone yogurt, jams, bread and small bureks, fruits: nectarine, apples, plums, watermelon, oranges. But it was all 10 days in a row. A very good restaurant in the hotel, you can have a great meal during the day or in the evening, the portions are very large and tasty, we mainly ordered seafood. The prices are very, very democratic and you can pay by card, which is very rare in Albania.

Buffet: a lot of fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy products, fresh juices, excellent coffee. In general, Albanian cuisine is very tasty, especially cheeses, meat, seafood. We learned this from local restaurants, which are many near the hotel. The prices were a pleasant surprise. The staff is responsive, although not everyone understands English, Russian speakers are very few. Maybe because Russians don't rest here. We Ukrainians were only two families. Most vacationers are from Poland, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Slovakia. The beach is clean, well-groomed, own, locals rest here only on weekends, for a fee. Very suitable for small children: fine, clean, sandy. To get deeper, you need to walk 30 meters. Every day a disco is organized in the garden, a restaurant, a bar is open until 24 hours. Travel agencies carry on all kinds of excursions. We were in Durres, Tirana, Kruja. Many impressions. I advise you to visit, you will form an opinion about this country.
