We have not seen such a terrible work of the TPG, TUI guide in 15 years of travel: - we were dropped off on the road from the hotel for 70 meters, we were not taken to the hotel, - there were problems with the settlement - the answer is a question to the sending party, - during the return transfer to the airport - they forgot our family at all, they didn’t answer calls (because I started writing in Viber, after 30 minutes they still came for us).

- we were dropped off on the road from the hotel for 70 meters, we were not taken to the hotel,
- there were problems with the settlement - the answer is a question to the sending party,
- during the return transfer to the airport - they forgot our family at all, they didn’t answer calls (because I started writing in Viber, after 30 minutes they still came for us).
Were a family in Edart in August 2021. The hotel itself is away from the road! Rooms with modern renovation, cleaning was carried out daily and with high quality! There is no safe, but there are no thefts either (they calmly left both documents and money). The air conditioner worked. The administrator at the hotel is 4-6 hours a day, so when we arrived at the hotel at 16:20 we were settled at 19:00. Internet - fast and high quality. Since the hotel is owned by a family, it is clear that they are trying, but with the cleanliness of the dining room and on the beach, as well as with the food itself, this is the worst vacation in our entire life! Food - for us the main goal was not to get poisoned, we saw more than once how children vomited! Therefore, many of the food did not even try!
So Edart is a hotel - restaurant - until 12 at night (not every night) it was not possible to sleep!
The beach is one step away from the hotel, I have never seen dirtier, we lay like sprats in a tin can, a lot of garbage! There is no foot shower on the beach! There is some kind of hose with very cold water, but it is located 5 meters from the entrance to the hotel! No toilet! There are a lot of beggars walking around, corn, donuts are cooked in front of you (the smell of burning).
The sea is tough, at least 200-300 meters you need to go to reach the depth of the neck, while the water is mixed with black mule and algae! We reached 800 meters. My daughter was stung by a jellyfish (according to the descriptions, a jellyfish is a wasp, I won’t say for sure), in 12 days the edema disappeared thanks to compresses, but the trace did not pass).
We went to the center of Duressa - clean, beautiful!
