Bad place. Everything is very neat, beautiful and clean, but the attitude towards guests is completely mechanical. The wait staff in the restaurant is completely rude. Czechs work there. They hate Russians with all their heart and hide it badly. It is better not to go to the hotel with children. They are not loved there.

I was surprised, I could not imagine staying in such an excellent hotel, and even a mountain and lake resort in the autumn. I don’t know how it will be there in winter, but in early autumn it’s just super! The main thing is that the hostess gives her attention to the guests, she is hospitable and happy that we, Russian speakers, have come to them.

The main thing is that the hostess gives her attention to the guests, she is hospitable and happy that we, Russian speakers, have come to them. As she calls - to visit. I really felt that I was not in a hotel, but visiting. The rooms are completely different in architecture, design and amenities. For all occasions! The only negative for me was that the maid turned off the power every time I left the room. Those. you can charge your camera and phone if you are in the room! But these are the little things. . .

Look at the hotel website - as in the pictures, it is. It is located in the very center of the town on a small peninsula jutting out into the lake - children feed swans and ducks, adult uncles go fishing. In the hotel itself there is a good playroom for kids, next to it is a playground. It is separated from the town by a railway with a barrier - electric trains often run, but somehow it is very quiet, and the barrier opens and closes very quickly.

It is separated from the town by a railway with a barrier - electric trains often run, but somehow it is very quiet, and the barrier opens and closes very quickly. As far as I understand, the cheapest rooms go just on the railway track - if you live like this, I think that a negative is possible. Despite its venerable age, there are booklets with a history at the reception - how it passed from hand to hand, completed construction, etc. , in very good condition.
There are no complaints about the kitchen. In general, the hotel has such a touch of gloss and secularity. We were in May - so we only rode Kaprun. Transfer to Kaprun about 20-30 min. In summer and without skis, the ski lifts on the Schmittenhö he are not far away. In winter, you might want to use transport. We left our skis upstairs in the depot, so we never went to the ski-room. Sauna, pool - more or less. For those who are not overtired - squash (5 euros per hour).
