The size of the bathroom is generally impressive: 1.5 sq. meters: sideways you go into the shower, because. there is only one sliding door and rests against the wall, a tiny washbasin (usually they are only installed in toilets) and the location of the toilet bowl is impressive: when sitting on the toilet, you rest your face on the sink : ).
In general, the double number is just a kapets, worse than 3*.
In addition, a room for 4 people was paid in advance (I note that they pay for the number, not the number of people), but because we arrived together - without a twinge of conscience and compensation we were settled in an ordinary double with a size of 9 square meters, where there is no place to put a suitcase. Our friends with a paid two-room suite for three were settled in a double with an additional sofa - and at the same time they were not going to move, and they began to admit the mistake only on the third day after the scandal. At the same time, Germans and Austrians are calmly accommodated in normal large rooms...
A separate note about food - in the morning tea and juice (divorced UPI) at least fill up - in the evening everything is hidden and for a fee...
The Internet is very expensive (3 euros / half an hour), for example, unlike 4 * in Vienna, there is no free Internet in the hotel lobby. The hotel has a "SPA": 3 steam rooms with different temperatures and a relaxation room (free of charge). There is no pool - although some sites indicate its presence.
The only plus of this hotel is that it is next to the ski lift, I don’t see any more pluses. For such a price, it is better to stay in another hotel - there are a lot of other hotels nearby and real reviews of tourists from neighboring hotels are incomparably better than this one.
A separate "failure" for the hotel staff and the director personally: everyone understands and speaks English perfectly, but understands the claims in English at will. I don't like the claim - like "I don't understand you", "let's do it tomorrow", etc.
