Worthy, in its category, the hotel is a solid "four". Stylish design, ok rooms, good breakfasts and regular cleaning.
Advantages:
1. Location - not the center, of course, but a convenient transport interchange near the Westbahnhov train station. Walk 5 minutes to Mariahilf shopping street.
2. The room is spacious, the design is modern. Their famous shower stall in the middle of the room looked unusual, but did not cause any inconvenience, and, as some noted in the reviews, there was no dampness. From furniture: a wardrobe with hangers, beds with comfortable mattresses, an armchair, a chair, an ottoman, a desk, bedside tables. Good lighting: table lamps, a floor lamp, light bulbs mounted in the back of the bed have three lighting modes. Blinds are adjusted from the room, automatically. There is a safe, TV, mini-bar, hair dryer and three mirrors - normal and magnifying above the sink, a full-length mirror.
3. Room cleaning is of high quality, bedding and towels were changed every two days, shampoo, shower gel and soap were regularly updated.
4. Breakfast at the highest level: red fish, mozzarella with cherry tomatoes, 3-4 varieties of cheese and ham, cottage cheese and yogurt, fresh juices, fresh fruits (mango, pineapple, papaya, grapes), cucumbers, tomatoes, lots of pastries, all sorts of muesli, butter, honey and jam in jars. Hot breakfast is represented by scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried bacon. The coffee is good, there is milk. Large selection of teas. The design of the restaurant is pleasant, there are enough places. A lot of waiters work, empty plates are carried away instantly.
5. The hotel is not promoted and popular among Russian tourists. Germans predominate among the guests, there are Italians, Japanese, Chinese.
Disadvantages:
1. Location on a noisy street (I would say on the highway). When the window is open, the noise makes it difficult to sleep.
2. The magnetic keys to the room were jammed, when asked to replace the key, they checked it at their reception and said that it was working. I don’t know how and what they checked at the reception, but the door from the room was still opened from the tenth time.
3. The staff is responsive to requests to call a taxi, book a table in a restaurant or mark the desired address on the map, but no one understands Russian - you only need to speak in German or English.
4. When checking in at the reception, they book on the card or take a cash deposit of 50 euros - for using the contents of the minibar. Upon check-out, cash is returned even without a reminder.
