The situation was as follows: In the morning 3 friends went down to the hotel for breakfast. One of them left a bag with all the documents, phone and money on the chair and went to get some tea. The place was unattended for a maximum of 15-20 seconds. The result is a stolen handbag. And this is with an empty restaurant!!!!! ! Entrance to the hotel with passes only, for breakfast additional control with a note in the miracle journal, video surveillance everywhere.

The place was unattended for a maximum of 15-20 seconds. The result is a stolen handbag. And this is with an empty restaurant!!!!! ! Entrance to the hotel with passes only, for breakfast additional control with a note in the miracle journal, video surveillance everywhere. What was my surprise when I turned to the manager on duty (such as an administrator) with my trouble, and he showed complete indifference and indifference. He didn’t even want to inspect the crime scene and talk to living witnesses from America who saw the thief in the face. Also, this monster did not even deign to analyze the recordings of video cameras !!!! ! instead, I was politely reminded several times that check out was no later than 12. He also questioned the need to call the police!!!!! ! And only after my insistence did he call a patrol, which was even worse than the administrator !!! ! The patrol was interested in 2 things: my last name and date of birth! and EVERYTHING!!!!!!! ! No inspection of the place, no conversation with witnesses, no description of the stolen items and bags. NOTHING!!!!!!!! ! My argument that the stolen phone is still turned on and you can try to determine the location only made them smile......
From the side of the once respected hotel, nothing was offered - no call to a friend, no embassy address, no water for free....Just impudent.....
It is clear that everything ended with a visit to the police station, where there was the same passivity and "indifference", but, most importantly, they gave a piece of paper for the embassy and made it clear that no one was going to look for or investigate anything.........
From the side of the once respected hotel, nothing was offered - no call to a friend, no embassy address, no water for free....Just impudent.....

Everything in this hotel is good, but on the last day all important things were stolen, while the staff did not take any measures to resolve this problem. I think that they are directly related to that theft. So be vigilant.
