Despite all the negative reviews, I still went there with a friend. I immediately tuned in to the fact that I would come to the old hotel and after reading anything I expected a lot..... But I liked everything, maybe of course we were lucky, everything worked for us, everything was fine, we became friends with the reception (as they call it). We only had breakfasts and for the whole rest I could not overcome this huge table, i. e. I didn’t try everything from that large selection of different food))))) The only negative is that there is no air conditioning, but I am a person who always lives with air-conditioned despite everything survived)))) And nothing could spoil my vacation!! ! You know, I think it all depends on the mood, I have something to compare with, but I don’t think that Dobruja is a bad hotel, it’s very personal! And you can live there! And how! Music at the hotel yes 23.30... but if you come to have fun and relax, then how can this music interfere with you ??? ? The town is very cute, friendly, every cafe has its own live music, everyone knows Russian)))
In general, I am very satisfied with the rest and the hotel itself too! After all, the main thing is a positive attitude! And the desire to relax, and not to find fault with trifles; )
