In general, I liked the hotel, clean, comfortable, the beach is really at hand, the staff is helpful.
I want to complain about the representative of the tour operator Balkan service Christina. Firstly, she gave us old information about excursions (for June, we rested at the end of August), some excursions were canceled. None of the tours were described in detail.
(all the information was in the words "cool", "not very"). Secondly, for those excursions that we chose, she did not give additional information, namely, whether it is necessary to take any documents with you, what to go with (on a two-day excursion in Bulgaria - the holy places of Bulgaria, you had to take a passport, because we stopped at overnight in a hotel, settled on a passport, in many churches, however, like here in Russia, you can’t walk with bare shoulders, shorts and short skirts; on an excursion with the Bulgarian fiesta - we dined in an open-air restaurant in the evening, you could grab and blouses). Thirdly, as a rule, a lot is forgotten on vacation, and therefore, if excursions were bought immediately upon arrival, it would be possible to remind them as a curator (I have something to compare with - in Thailand, our curator not only took our phone numbers, but and warned about all excursions a day and an hour and a half before the appointed time through the reception). Fourthly, to our question which cafe is better to choose as an acceptable public catering (both in terms of money and the quality of food), the answer was whatever you want at your discretion (in many cafes, the food is crap... tasteless and too expensive). So we were like blind kittens in Albena.

If you are not burdened with children, you have nothing to do in Albena.
