We arrived at the hotel, they give me a card and keys with the number 015. I was alerted by "0", well, I think, 0 floor or something. And for sure - they settle in a bungalow with a glass door that goes directly to the street into the hotel park. It didn't suit me right away. So the lock was broken. She returned with a tired child and with things at the reception, they began to assure that there were no free rooms. And that's just for one night. And I say: "Who will guard my things? In general, the child is afraid to live in such a room. " In general, after a certain portion of the scandal, the hotel manager gave us a service room for one night and promised a good room with a sea view the next day. The promise was kept. The next morning we moved to a full DBL and everything was OK. Moreover, it is interesting that the people with whom we then communicated arrived three hours later than us and they were settled in a normal DBL. And this notorious 015 is also smaller than the normal number!! ! Keep in mind who will go to this hotel and immediately negotiate with travel agencies !!!
The hotel itself is great! The area is large, with a park and a nice 5-level pool. Buffet, everything available. The list is very long. The abundance is complete. Cleaning every day (however, they don’t bother washing and vacuuming under the beds : )), change of linen sometimes every two days, sometimes every three days (apparently depends on their desire), towels 1-2 days. The weather was different. There were rainy days, quite cool, three days in two weeks. The climate is quite mild. The sea is clean, sometimes crabs ran along the bottom, fish swam. But it was quiet only three days during our entire stay. On the other days there were waves, but this did not prevent people from frolicking at their pleasure.
The big drawback is the dirty beach. It was unexpected. There were cigarette butts lying around, sometimes even beer bottles. The sand is fine and warm. Prices are crazy. I read on the Internet that Albena is more expensive than Sands and Sunny Beach. I don’t know the price there, but in Albena a 0.5 liter bottle of water costs 2.5 leva ($1 = 1.6 lev), and in Varna the same bottle costs 1.2 leva. Kebab (shawarma) in Albena - 4 leva!!! , and small and tasteless, and in Varna big - 1.7 lev. The rest of the prices will not be described. In general, they were not particularly interested, because we had ALL meals.

The resort itself is very green, many different beautiful trees. A free bus runs from the hotel to the beach, every half an hour, from 9:00 to 17:00. Behind our hotel there was a staircase down to the 2nd line - 170 steps, all broken, but you can call it an Albena landmark. If you walk along it, we got from the room to the place on the beach in 15-20 minutes. And I am very glad that I did not take a hotel on the beach. It was much more convenient for me and my child to have all-inclusive, and it’s much quieter here in the evenings, well, and we walked again. Two trains go around the resort, number 2 went upstairs to us. It takes about 20 minutes to go from the beach (while people are loading and collecting money), but the fare is not cheap: an adult 2 lev, children under 8 years old - 1 lev. Those. for two $2. Unfortunately, we didn’t go on excursions, because. the child sleeps during the day, and for some reason they all started just at 13-14 hours and a very long duration. The impression of the resort is bright and I wanted to stay for another week or two. 15 days was not enough for me.
