Dear Sirs!
I would rightly give this hotel a 3-, moreover, this is not only my opinion, but the opinion of three more Russian-speaking companies vacationing with us.
I'll start in order:
Beach: warm sea, yellow sand, free sun loungers and umbrellas - this is undoubtedly a plus, but the lack of normal cleaning on the beach (every now, you stumble on bones from peaches and gobies), a lot of thorns that dig into the foot very painfully, rusty changing cabins and poorly working ones, the same showers, the presence of strangers (locals who got sunbeds for a fee, but always in the first two rows - this is a huge minus. In addition, towels are not issued on the beach. We rested together with a child, and we every day I had to carry huge trunks, and then actively dry them on the balcony.

Dining room: "all inclusive" - this, of course, pleases, but the cuisine is not varied, at the end of the rest they ate only tomatoes, I can’t say anything about alcoholic drinks: I don’t drink. "Children's menu" is one name. Maybe German children, who are the majority, are fine with french fries, sausages, sausages, pizzas and ketchup, but my three-year-old child does not eat such muck. Sometimes buckwheat milk soup helped out.
Now for the service in the dining room: the tablecloths are all stained, the waiters are dressed untidy, the dishes are washed poorly - and this is not a nitpick - I myself took a “clean glass”, with a lipstick imprint, and more than once.
Hotel and rooms: We reviewed 3 rooms with swearing. The 1st one was overlooking a sheer wall, the side was shady, everything was damp and smoky, the 2nd one was at the end of the building, from the balcony, which you could see a piece of the sea and the same sheer wall, and only the 3rd one overlooking the sea, was more or less normal. As it turned out later, they accommodate Bulgarians in these rooms “with a view”, of course, I understand all the best for myself, but it is the tourists who bring the currency to your country and the attitude towards them should be appropriate, especially since you have 4 stars.
The rooms are reminiscent of boarding houses of the 90s: old wooden furniture, shaky beds, mold in the shower and toilet with cracks. Linen and towels are torn and grey.
Even in the lobby at the reception cobweb!!!!
Where are the 4 stars here?
For such money it is better to go to Egypt. - Petersburg is cheaper there, and the service is “heaven and earth”.
