Despite the fact that we got a good room on the 4th floor of the main building (our friends had a significantly worse room on the 2nd floor), we were not very happy with the hotel. More or less clean, more or less tasteful, not old furniture, no smells… But. The light bulb in the corridor burned out and was not replaced, although I asked, the heat was weak, it was cold, the water in the shower was cold at “rush hour” (immediately after the gurney ends). There is no heated dryer for skis and boots as such. The SPA-zone and the gym are a profanity for the most part. In the gym of 3 simulators, it is slightly above 0 degrees Celsius, and in the SPA area there are always no bathrobes, towels, slippers and the jacuzzi does not work. Sauna is cold. Breakfast is tolerable, but without variety at all, dinner - as lucky. Several times we ran into an extremely poor choice and tasteless food (apparently, those who came to dinner early ate everything and did not bring new portions). Only one key per room (for two)…
For 4 stars in Germany, for example, this hotel would not pull.
