The hotel is famous primarily as a ski hotel, and all winter events take place here. But the hotel is also open in summer (except April and May), as many festivals are held in Bansko, such as the Jazz Festival, the Folklore Festival and others. In this hotel, both in winter and summer (and especially in summer), a girl works who knows all the surroundings and she conducts individual excursions in the area. This is a service at an additional cost. You can walk in the mountains, see the sights, go fishing, horseback riding, cycling and so on. Everything depends on your desires. So, for example, a tour of the old part of the city of Bansko will cost 50 euros for two people. The hotel has many different prizes and rewards. So this 2016 we received the prize for the best SPA center in Bulgaria. The pride of the hotel is the breakfast, which has more than 100 types of dishes. It is also the only hotel in the resort where everything is nearby: it is located near the ski equipment rental and near the ski lift. All hotel guests use VIP cards that give discounts on ski equipment rental. They can use the ski wardrobe in the hotel and go through a separate corridor to the ski lift. Guests of the hotel use the gondola lift without a queue - they have a separate entrance. The hotel has three restaurants. In winter, during dinner, theme nights are held: Turkish, Russian, and so on. Head chef in a Mediterranean restaurant from Germany. He likes to cook in front of hotel guests. There is another Asian restaurant. They serve sushi and cooks from Asia. They also cook in front of the visitors. There are three bars: the lobby, "Coffee Prima" and a vitamin bar near the pool. The hotel has 157 rooms, 110 of which are standard. The hotel has indoor and outdoor parking. There is also a car wash. . The spa is divided into two parts: for relaxation and treatments. All procedures for an additional fee. This different types of massage, including Thai. A masseuse from Thailand works here. All proposed procedures are carried out by specialists in their field. The use of the relaxation zone is already included in the price of the tour and it is free for hotel guests. For everyone else, it costs 40 leva. This price includes the use of the indoor pool and three more outdoor ones, as well as a jacuzzi (both inside and outside). In winter, only the indoor pool is open. On the floor below there are two steam baths, two saunas and a snow room. I definitely recommend the hotel!

The hotel is just amazing. It's even hard to find the words. Starting from a luxurious hall and ending with a bathroom in a standard room, in which plasma hangs. The rooms and the whole hotel inside are made of wood, it looks very cozy and expensive. There are a lot of places in the rooms, beautiful semicircular windows.

I knew that the tracks there are not very difficult, but for the sake of the children - 10 and 5 years old flew there, and surprisingly even I had where to grab adrenaline, and the children generally squealed with joy, riding on small tracks, sledding and also such a skating rink normal there.

The only thing that is tiring is the constant smell of burning or smoke throughout the city. houses are heated by diesel fuel or something else. It is impossible to open the windows, in the evening the eyes begin to hurt and watery.

I really liked the fact that after active skiing you can relax and unwind. The hotel itself is quite new, the rooms are clean, also new, warm. See photo. A good SPA, several saunas, a swimming pool, massages, etc. , it’s nice to relax there after frosty skiing. The food is good, fresh juices for breakfast. There are several restaurants. The Japanese food was not particularly impressive. The waiters seem to understand English, but they forgot to bring a couple of dishes. Much more colorful and a couple of times cheaper restaurants in the town.
