Timely flight, transfer to the hotel, always quick communication with managers. The hotel immediately feels hospitality and friendliness, the staff is polite, helpful, diligent. Our room was very cool! Spacious, beautiful, clean, divided into sleeping and living areas. Equipped kitchenette with all necessary appliances. All the little things, like an iron, a safe, a hairdryer, a mini-bar were available in the room. Bathroom with a set of quality cosmetics, fresh towels, bathrobes and slippers. In general, the room is very comfortable, it is pleasant to be in it, great atmosphere. Cleaning daily. Wifi is good. The hotel has a wonderful spa with many different pools, saunas with different temperatures, a jacuzzi, contrast showers, a bathhouse. . I really liked the massage, professionally done. The hotel is located in the center of the town, you need to walk 10 minutes to restaurants, cafes, shops, or you can take a minibus in the evening. The same minibus can take you to the ski lifts and back to the hotel. The food at the hotel is very varied, for breakfast a rich buffet is served, dinner - dishes to order. Service in the restaurant is efficient, nice and friendly waiters. In general, everything in this hotel is good, there are no obvious minuses! I can advise the hotel with great pleasure, believe me, it's worth it!! Comfortable conditions, excellent location and delicious food you will be guaranteed!

Good hotel, but I don't think it's 5 stars. Far from the lift, in a not very beautiful location. The rooms are in brown, which seems a bit dark. I want more light. The furniture is also a bit rustic. I didn't like being in this hotel.

Aparthotel Lucky in Bansko is a good quality hotel. Beautiful rooms and hotel lobby. The design of the rooms is modern, freshly renovated. The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel is located at a distance from the center (by taxi 30 leva) and from the ski lifts (2 km). Therefore, it is ideal for tourists with their own cars, or for those who will take a taxi to the center for a walk.

Aparthotel Lucky in Bansko is a good quality hotel. Beautiful rooms and hotel lobby. The design of the rooms is modern, freshly renovated. The only thing I didn't like was that the hotel is located at a distance from the center (by taxi 30 leva) and from the ski lifts (2 km). Therefore, it is ideal for tourists with their own cars, or for those who will take a taxi to the center for a walk.

As soon as the new building was launched, there were 2 times more people, and the infrastructure remained at the same level. It is not possible to visit a steam room in order to "not sit in the hands of a Macedonian" in the evening.

It is not possible to visit a steam room in order to "not sit in the hands of a Macedonian" in the evening. Same thing with the pool. You can swim in it only before lunch. Later - you can only walk around. Why do people bathe children in diapers there and the guards do not react to this. The bus to the elevator takes every 20 minutes, but it is not a fact that you will fit in it. You have to stand in line or go, like in a minibus at rush hour. Breakfast - buffet - the usual. Room cleaning is average. But for a set of dishes I had to run for the maids !!!
This hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. If you need to go to the mehana or the center, then you will have to spank in the mud far enough.
In general, the hotel is average for not picky guests at all. There are many hotels in Bansko. There is no point in going to this one!! !

The New Year was certainly boring, so from the hotel at two o'clock in the morning we moved to the Disco bar, which is near the ski lift.
