The hotel is just great! We rested in February with my sister, we are very pleased with the choice of the country and the hotel. In this hotel, everything is created for a full and comfortable stay. We bought a tour from T-o tpg. All organizational issues were resolved in a timely manner, the rest passed without surprises. Timely flight, transfer to the hotel, always quick communication with managers. The hotel immediately feels hospitality and friendliness, the staff is polite, helpful, diligent. Our room was very cool! Spacious, beautiful, clean, divided into sleeping and living areas. Equipped kitchenette with all necessary appliances. All the little things, like an iron, a safe, a hairdryer, a mini-bar were available in the room. Bathroom with a set of quality cosmetics, fresh towels, bathrobes and slippers. In general, the room is very comfortable, it is pleasant to be in it, great atmosphere. Cleaning daily. Wifi is good. The hotel has a wonderful spa with many different pools, saunas with different temperatures, a jacuzzi, contrast showers, a bathhouse. . I really liked the massage, professionally done. The hotel is located in the center of the town, you need to walk 10 minutes to restaurants, cafes, shops, or you can take a minibus in the evening. The same minibus can take you to the ski lifts and back to the hotel. The food at the hotel is very varied, for breakfast a rich buffet is served, dinner - dishes to order. Service in the restaurant is efficient, nice and friendly waiters. In general, everything in this hotel is good, there are no obvious minuses!
