Average hotel with decent rooms. Enough space, but a bit rustic. The furniture is ordinary, looks cheap. I can't say that the rooms are comfortable. This aparthotel is more suitable for those who are looking for a budget option. The exterior is in need of a facelift.

Despite the fact that Orbilux 3 * is located quite close to the ski lift (10 minutes walk) - I did not like the hotel. Mostly because of the modest rooms. You don't want to spend time in such a room - a small area, ugly cheap furniture, ridiculous curtains. I would choose this hotel only at a very affordable price - otherwise you can find a more interesting alternative.

With pleasure we visited Bansko, Orbilux hotel. The hotel has a very pleasant environment. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is attentive, Of course, it's not the season, but we pleased ourselves with swimming in the thermal pools of Dobrinishte and Bani, and also visited the local mechanics. We went to Banderishka.

The staff is attentive, Of course, it's not the season, but we pleased ourselves with swimming in the thermal pools of Dobrinishte and Bani, and also visited the local mechanics. We went to Banderishka. The impression is completely different than in winter. Quiet and calm everywhere.

In the bedroom, on windy days, the wind howled through the cracks in the window. BUT there was one heater, at night it was placed in the bedroom, the rest of the time - in the living room, with it t ° was OK. The bedroom is planned in such a way that no extra sounds from the corridor and other rooms can be heard.
The bathroom is clean, warm and everything works properly (bath, not just shower). The water is very hot with good pressure, there is also a powerful hair dryer, a standard set of towels, soap and shampoo.
The kitchen is useless except for a teapot, three cups and two glasses, there is nothing, not even a spoon. Although, there is a supermarket near the hotel where you can buy both food and a frying pan : )
Cleaned daily with high quality, incl. washed dishes (cups, glasses).
The wired Internet did not work, but the next day the problem was solved and a router was installed especially for us in the next room (where, apparently, there was a wired one), and we had wi-fi all two weeks, with a good speed. Good wi-fi is also available at the reception.
Nutrition: in the morning quite monotonous, in the evening - a little better. At "HB" for dinner, all drinks, incl. water, for a fee. The safe in the room is also paid (5levs - approx. 100 rubles per day).
Attentive and friendly staff, if necessary, try to help and quickly solve problems.
All in all, a very pleasant experience with the hotel.
