Rested in this hotel with a girl for the New Year holidays. The purpose of the trip was skiing. Actually the hotel somewhat spoiled the impression of the trip. I'll start with the number itself. We were accommodated in a room in building A. This means that you need to go down to -1 (minus the first) floor of your building, go through the spa center, and then you will find yourself on the third floor of building B (!! ), descending from which you find yourself in a smoking bar (or, as it is called, "internet room"). Having passed through it, you only then find yourself in the dining room or at the exit from the hotel. Why do I pay so much attention to this? Because it is not very convenient to walk around the hotel in ski equipment - this is, firstly, and secondly: breakfast starts at 7:30, and the first minibus from the hotel to the ski lift leaves at 8:00. If you don’t get on this minibus, then you have to stand in line for the first lift for a long time... In short, from that half hour from the beginning of breakfast to the minibus, you should take 10 minutes to walk from the room to the dining room and back. And to go to breakfast in ski equipment... to put it mildly, it is not convenient and hot.
Next by number. The room was quite spacious: a kitchen unit, a table with two chairs, a bathroom with a toilet, a bed and two folding chairs, a wardrobe and a TV set on the bedside table. What confused me right away was that there were no bedside tables next to the bed. Those. put a glass of water, a phone or an alarm clock for the night should be either on the floor or far away. In the bathroom with toilet, the shower stall was not well enough sealed, because when someone took a shower, water flowed out from under it and flowed in a wide stream to the hole in the center of the bathroom... pit, whether the hood is turned on or not. There was a glass holder for toothbrushes next to the washbasin, but there was no glass!! ! It was brought only on the penultimate day of our stay there. As I said, when we checked into the room, there were 2 folding chairs... but on the fourth day of our stay there, when we returned from the slope, we did not find these chairs... as well as the bedspreads from the bed... after complaints at the reception, we were returned at least the bedspread... Concerning the kitchen block. The only thing you need (if you have breakfast and dinner included) is a kettle. We didn’t use anything else in it... So feel free to cross it out of the pluses of the hotel.
A very serious minus for this room for us was the lack of any devices for drying things. Since the temperature was not very low on the slope, it is quite logical that things had to be dried upon arrival in the room. It was necessary, but there was nowhere. As a result, the next morning I had to climb into some of the wet things. There are no batteries in the room. There are only electric heaters. One in the bathroom, one in the room. Therefore, they cannot be covered. One even burned down without it.

Regarding the spa and fitness room. . . The fitness room is 4 exercise bikes and 4 walking machines. . . poor. . . The spa is 1 swimming pool, 1 jacuzzi pool, Turkish, Roman and Russian baths. . . The baths themselves cannot be called very good, but they cannot be called bad either. But for that we can say that the pools were bad. Not only is the water colder than it should be, but there is so much bleach there that even without plunging your head into the water, your eyes begin to sting after 15 minutes of being there.
About food. Variety is normal. BUT. The food that lies in the cuvettes cools quickly... therefore, more often you have to eat cool food than hot. All drinks for dinner for a fee. Well at least they did not pay attention to the water brought with them. The hotel, apparently, was gradually completed, but the dining room was not expanded... therefore it was necessary to guard a place at the table to have dinner!! ! And this is in a four star hotel!
About the internet room. Yes, there is free internet. The access point is located not far from the main entrance to the hotel, there is good furniture, a fireplace... but, not only is there very little space and it is constantly occupied (there is also a bar organized there, because the place is occupied not only by those who want to check mail) so there is not yet organized a good enough hood. As a result, I don’t really want to be in a smoky room...
The last surprise was the following case: our company of five people left the hotel at 0:10. For this reason, we asked to organize dry rations for us on the bus (because the next breakfast was paid for). Ordered for 5 people. When we came up at 0:00 and asked for this very dry one. rations we were told that they only have 4 servings! Suddenly. There was no time to swear, but this case consolidated the impression of the hotel.
Summary: if you are going to Bansko as a ski resort, then this hotel is not worth choosing. And in general, it’s worth choosing only if everyone else is already busy... He doesn’t pull on the declared 4 *.
