Hotel ratings by criteria:
We rested in the ski resort of Bansko. I want to say right away: "A chicken is not a bird - Bulgaria is not a foreign country! " Don't go cheap! Firstly, it's not cheap at all (if a normal hotel), and secondly, "not intrusive" service!
About hotel Pirun 4*. What is wrong:
1 restaurant opened at 8.20 am (10-20 min late)
2 All food (morning and evening) was cold, no matter when you come.
3 Dishes were missing.
4 No variety of food was observed all week.
5 coffee machines did not work well. We had to wait in line for a long time or even leave without drinking. (instead of juices there was an invite, instead of butter - margarine)
6 In the room, through the ventilation there was smoke from the neighboring room.
7 Communication via the Internet is practically impossible, but it is sold. Money is returned only upon urgent requirements and only for unused time, not counting the time of all attempts, including attempts by the administration. (10-20 min. )

8 The dry ration given for the journey was a mockery! (a bottle of water, a broken apple. two huge pieces of bread and a small piece of sausage and cheese each)
Good:
1 There are three swimming pools.
2 There is a sauna and a Turkish bath.
3 Rooms are normal. They have a kettle, bathrobes and disposable slippers.
4 a decently organized New Year's Eve dinner with a distribution of places and not a big entertainment program. (in other hotels people queued up to get to a paid dinner)
So, what do you conclude: is it worth the trip?
