The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, almost at the foothills. If you get too angry, you can stop in the hotel lobby : ) It's very convenient, you don't have to go specially to the lifts. The condition of the Makarudzhik and Yastrebets tracks is from 5 (when it's not snowing) to 3 when it's snowing. They don't clean.
