On the 1st floor of the hotel there is a casino in which the smoke from cigarettes is such that it eats your eyes. There is no hood as such, so the casino staff ventilates the room by opening the door to the hotel. The whole hotel is riddled with tobacco smoke, the rooms are not that sleepy, it is difficult to be even with the window open. At our request to close the door to the casino, the girls at the reception reacted with indignation: they say, this is not why we were put here. Repeated attempts to contact the hotel manager failed: she is not up to us, there are plenty of other things to do. So judge the service of this hotel!
