We went with the family on the advice of a colleague who was vacationing there in 2012, according to all catalogs of the Atrium Hotel 4 stars, on arrival it turned out to be 3. We flew from Brest through the Tez-tour. The flight and transfer went well without incident. The check-in went quickly and without delay, although our friends arrived 2 days before us from Minsk and settled with a scandal. I liked the local nature, the mountains and the sea right away, the sea is literally 10 meters from the hotel, the beach is sandy, it is cleaned regularly, the entrance to the sea is sandy, but in some places there are stones on the first day, out of ignorance, I hit my foot painfully, the sun loungers are old, broken on all of them I had to borrow enough either in the evening or early in the morning. The food is poorly organized. In the dining room, which the hotel staff proudly calls a restaurant, complete unsanitary conditions reign, there are simply not enough dishes for everyone, the food is monotonous, used dishes are not cleaned regularly from the tables, the tablecloths are dirty, greasy, the dishes are not always washed well, fruits and sweets are taken out once a day. beginning and no longer replenish. But what was most outrageous was the fact that on the third day of rest we were all transferred to eat in the dining room of Andalusia, where the mess is even worse, they motivated this by the fact that their staff is seasonal and on September 1 they were all fired. To our claims, the hotel manager only laughed in response and said that she could not do anything. The room was cleaned daily, but it was very poor quality, mainly it consisted in making the beds, they vacuumed the room 2 times for the whole time, and our friends were cleaned 2 times during 11 days of rest, and even then after swearing at the reception. The animation was so unobtrusive that we didn't even notice it. We went on an excursion to the Bulgarian village, we booked an excursion at the market near the hotel, it costs 30 percent cheaper than through the Tez-tour, I really liked it, I recommend it to everyone, We went to Nessebar, you can take a walk on Sunny Beach for a change. On the 4-5th day of rest, they began to count the days before flying home and envied a little those who were leaving. This is how our vacation in Bulgaria turned out, after which we decided that we would never go to Bulgaria again.
