This hotel reminded me of some kind of Crimean camp of a sanatorium type . . I have not seen such a number of children in any hotel . . there are a lot of babies, children are still in wheelchairs, during our stay there was mass poisoning food poisoning in small children, about 30 children went with sealed patches from droppers. In general, from objective shortcomings:
1. rooms were cleaned badly, or rather not cleaned at all. for a week 1 time swept and changed towels not the first freshness. Shampoo, soap and ! toilet paper! not allowed. Garbage was also removed 1 time, our bin (and it is very small by the way) was filled with garbage in 2 days, but no one was even going to clean it up . .
2. meals in the canteen. the food is very monotonous, my child refused everything on day 3 because there are 4 days in a row in the morning omelettes or pancakes (for which you need to stand in line for 30 minutes! ). The main food is pasta or rice, well, I'm tomatoes and cucumbers. Soups are impossible, or salted or peppered. There was never any mashed potatoes or normal soup. What else I noticed - there are no air conditioners in the canteen, just the whole system is built on open doors (absolute draft everywhere).

4. yes, ice cream is free all day . . but tasteless. euphoria in children from ice cream passed on the 2nd day. drinks are free - Jupi and very cold and carbonated . . all for children in one word.
I don't really understand what it was for kids? there is no children's menu and no restaurant, there is not even a blender and they don't give one, there is no children's animation in the mini club (firstly in Bulgarian), and secondly, I witnessed how the animators just walked the kids in the cold children's pool, there are no words about the mini disco at all. The room is stuffy that you can lose consciousness (there are no air conditioners there either, I repeat). My child, who is used to children's discos in different countries, did not dance at all. And how can children dance when the animators dance completely their own dances (here it’s difficult for an adult to repeat) . . isn’t it possible to make the movements more accessible to children and not depict boogie-moogie? In a word, I didn't like it.
5. what just struck me was that there are NO TOILETS AND CHANGING ROOM on the beaches and on the territory! . no, well, I understand the poor European country of the Soviet plan, but not to the same extent. can you imagine that you or your child from the beach runs to the toilet at the reception or in the dining room??
I was also struck by the fact that all the tables are in the canteen, and the windows are washed by Mr. Muscle. okay windows, but the tables at which people eat . . the truth is that they clean the tables very sluggishly.
in general, for the first time in this country, many acquaintances dissuaded, they say, after Europe and Turkey, of course you will be disappointed. I was struck that Bulgaria is unkempt, there is a lot of dirt on the streets (they apparently don’t have such fines as in Germany)). our beach was also not cleaned, all in cigarette butts and cups . . very unpleasant
The sea was warm, but dirty with algae. And the weather let us down because it rained all day then all night

I also want to note separately about excursions. They are not organized at a high level. Who is used to excursions that are done in Cyprus, Turkey and Greece - do not waste money and do not take it in Bulgaria. Better enjoy the sea))
