Food-booze is about the same as in Turkey, but there is no variety, every day is the same, after a week everything became boring and went to local cafes. By the way, don’t believe that everything is cheap in cafes and huge portions, maybe it was like that before, but now you’ve got ordinary portsuha and European prices! There is no animation at the hotel in September, the water park closed after September 15, the water park is good. The people were crowded, mostly Poles, Germans and Russians. The most swine-Poles, trenchant than ours at times! The territory itself is very beautiful, if such a hotel was in the same Turkey it would not be a five, but a dozen, but the Bulgarians don’t give a damn about everything and everything falls apart and collapses. So we looked at Bulgaria and it's good, but there's no more dick to do there! All the best!! !

At 14:00 only they were allowed to have lunch and were given bracelets. The room clearly needs refurbishment. There was no light on the veranda and the alley near the room: given the unevenness of the paving slabs, it was difficult to reach the room in the evening.

The room clearly needs refurbishment. There was no light on the veranda and the alley near the room: given the unevenness of the paving slabs, it was difficult to reach the room in the evening. In a week, they only took out the garbage twice and put a roll of toilet paper each (moreover, the second time - only after a reminder of this at the reception). No cleaning, no change of towels, let alone linen! When checking out, they made a remark to the maid about this, to which she began to loudly resent and wave her hands, and at the reception they silently lowered their eyes and were silent, without even apologizing.
The territory is really good, big, a lot of greenery, but a bit neglected.
The beach is narrow, difficulty entering the water (large stones, a lot of algae and only a few normal passages into the water). Sunbeds and umbrellas - free of charge, relatively new and not bad, but they had to be occupied at 7 in the morning, and therefore sometimes there are conflicts among vacationers.
After reading the reviews, we expected bad food. We are not the first time in Bulgaria, there is something to compare with, but the food was surprisingly good, we tried, in general it was delicious. Sometimes I came across badly washed and chipped dishes. I was very surprised that in bars drinks were served in plastic cups. Pleasant notes are brought by the presence of its own confectionery, hot dogs near the beach and ala carta restaurants, although the dirty tablecloths in the Bulgarian restaurant and the scarcity of the menu clearly spoil expectations. The mediterranean restaurant is a little nicer. The staff was both Bulgarian and from the CIS countries. It was surprising that they were often not very neatly dressed. dented, especially guys.
We were without children, but with children this hotel is very good: a water park, a train, animation. carousels, etc.
A plus can be attributed to a closed and protected area, and in this regard, security.
I can NOT say that the holiday was spoiled, but I would not recommend going to this hotel, although, of course, it has its pluses.
