- before the 2nd trip through Tophotels, I contacted the hotel about Bonuses for regular customers, printed out an application and also submitted it to the reception; standard room reservation;

-settlement - No. 592 for the 1st time (photo), at the end of the cottages, near the Royal Bay Hotel (located on the left side, facing the sea), No. 564 for the 2nd time (photo), in the middle of the cottages; both on the 1st line, everything worked properly, on 2 floors - it was important, because
on the 1st floors it is damp and fresh, the shade from the trees, the panoramic windows need to be constantly curtained and the sun does not enter the room. Traditional presentation. chocolate "Alenka"" and a request that this be taken into account - they went to meet us.

- "restaurant", big word - canteen, but the food is normal; calmly, without hustle; in the bar - confectionery on the 1st floor (near the pool) - ice cream during the day, cookies, cocktails, alcohol, were also present. Especially for hot dogs and drinks on the beach (mini trailer) do not count, for 2 years of visiting Elenite, the point worked maybe 4 times;

PAY ATTENTION - in September the end of the season. From September 16, the patisserie bar is closed, and from September 20, the main meals will be held in neighboring hotels, either Royal Bay or Roya Park, which also belong to the Victoria Group hotel chain. This torment, felt the difference - a lot of people, queues; We were in this mode for 1 day.
It turns out that they paid for All, but they don’t provide it for the entire stay at the hotel, they don’t talk about it at travel agencies, they may not know, all changes are at the discretion of the hotel;
- the sea is excellent, by the way, it is on the beach of the Elenite hotel that the entrance to the water is more or less normal, the bottom is rocky, it is more convenient in corals, there is no toilet and shower, sunbeds were occupied at 8 in the morning, later it is problematic;

- in the evening there is nowhere to go out, at the reception desk with alcohol. drinks - such as a bar, they fill glasses without zhlobstvo; paid bowling; outdoor large outdoor chessboard; smallness of shops - good creams; a supermarket and behind it, inland (towards the sea) in a high-rise building mini shop - prices are more interesting for beer too; a couple of cafes; a walk between 5 hotels - the common territory of the Victoria Group, there are beautiful places for photos; berth (photo), from which the boat sails to Nessebar according to the schedule;
- wi-fi, only at the reception and then intermittently, but it is possible to talk on Viber if you have patience;
- free entry to the A la carte restaurant - did not like the Bulgarian cuisine;
- about the host Go2Holiday in the hotel!! ! At the airport, a minibus driver in a Go2Holiday T-shirt checked the people on the list, drove them to the hotel, and then they themselves. Caught tour representative 2 days to give a voucher. There is only a phone in the folder with information. On the 3rd day I had to call and what a surprise it was, he did not even know that new tourists were in the hotel. The feeling of insecurity in which case you need to rely only on yourself. We met only after the call, explained this by the fact that there are many hotels in his words, but !!!! ! sorry - this is his job, indicate what time you are at the hotel, as other tour representatives do and do not create inconvenience. Information about the transfer back to the airport was found out at 19.50 pm, on the eve of the morning early departure, and then, from the third call to the representative, who also slandered, on the nerves. So, keep in control and remind yourself.
For an early departure for a lunch box (dry rations), do not count. I left a request for reception, but alas .....it’s good that I was reinsured and took the brake myself. At the airport, the water will be forced to lay out, it is better to take apples, unpleasant and rude girls at customs control.


In conclusion, about the weather in September - gorgeous !!!! ! , most of all, there is no exhausting heat, it is comfortable. The time was from September 15 to 22 - for the first visit and from September 13 to 20 - for the second visit. The dates were chosen deliberately. The sun is gentle, the sea is warm, not stormy. Mild chill in the evening. Starting from September 18, short-term rains began in the evenings for 1-1.5 hours and such a buzz after the rain while walking inhaling the smell of pine needles and the sea. And in the morning again sunny and dry.

All in all, we had a good rest, despite the shortcomings.
