First and last time

Upon returning from the hotel, I usually write a long detailed review, this time I did the same, but unfortunately everything that I wrote, my phone did not save. Therefore, I will write what I especially remember a year later:
We arrived at about 2 pm, so there were no problems with the settlement, but there were problems with the villas. We rested in the composition: me, my husband and two children 10 years and 5 months. They gave us a villa on the third line - to enter it you need to overcome 20 steps. Since I was with a stroller, I asked to change to something closer and without steps. We were also offered on the third line, but a little closer, the entrance to the villa is better, but inside there are terrible folding chairs from the times of the Soviet Union, on which it is simply impossible for children to sleep, so I refused. And all the rest my husband had to drag the stroller up these steps. In addition, the descent to the sea is either also on the steps or bypassing through the floor of the resort. In the dining room, as already mentioned above, there is also no ramp, so everything is on its hump.
The only plus of the hotel - the territory - is large for Bulgarian hotels, you can choose any pool and beach of the complex.

The beach is a very narrow mix of sand and rocks, only 3 or 4 rows of sunbeds, where there are no seats.
Food is food - neither bad nor good - nothing special.
Cleaning is generally a separate issue: the first 5 days they didn’t even come to us to take out the trash, we didn’t even have a trash can. At the reception they answer: we know today tomorrow you will definitely be removed. Until I asked my husband to leave on the 6th day and not ask for a replacement of the house (a distressed man of 110 kg of weight and 190 height apparently became an argument), they began to clean up our place and even changed the towels on the 6th day.
In general, if you have a small child in a stroller, you have nothing to do there. For the rest, think for yourself.
