The hotel is a solid 3 only for the green area, otherwise it will be a huge disappointment. Accommodation: not only will they not be accommodated upon arrival and at the designated time at 14.00, but they can be kept in the hall with suitcases until 5 pm, even if you arrived early in the morning. Territory: yes, it is green, but it is not possible to drive everywhere with strollers, and you will have to push the stroller down the stairs in your arms to the restaurant. So it will be difficult for the elderly and with small children. Numbers: people move 2-3 times, then with small children they will give a room at the very top of the stairs that you won’t let a child out alone and you can’t climb with a stroller, then a room without access to sunlight, which is in the room of wood lice. We were lucky - we were given a room in the sun, but golf cars drove past our room right under the windows day and night, bringing tourists who did not hesitate to talk loudly and laugh at night. 2 weeks lived as at the railway station. They categorically did not wash the floor under the bed, even after several requests and tips. There is no hair dryer in the room! There are 10 hair dryers for the whole hotel, for which they don’t even write in the queue, they say “don’t call everyone who wants to call us”. The toilet was leaking, so there was always a dirty puddle in the bathroom from street shoes. The maids washed the floor in the toilet and the room with one rag, the smell in the room was specific. The linen spreads directly on the mattress, and it is already the mattress itself, the child always woke up on a bare mattress. The linen and blanket are synthetic, gray, in spools, under which you quickly sweat, open up and catch a cold. The pillow is stuffed with some kind of lumps, and itself in the form of a ball, i. e. e. sleep sitting. The mattresses smelled so bad that it was impossible to sleep. When I was a foreigner reported to the reception about the theft. Restaurant: you can choose something, but, having hardly found a table and leaving the children there, you fly out to get food - if there is soup, then there are no plates, there are plates - no spoons. The dishes must be sorted out to find more or less clean. If you throw out fruits or fry pancakes (which are raw inside) or croissants (the only pastries) you have to stand in line for about 10 minutes. It is not clear what the children should do all this time. Juices are diluted fusion-colored powder or Pepsi. Sour wine, no charge. Sea and beach: in high season, the sea for children is cold, muddy. Sunbeds must be borrowed from 7 in the morning, there will not be enough sunbeds for all. A third of the beds are broken. What kind of mattresses are there on the sunbeds. . . Children's club: children's animation was not noticed. The club accepts children with a detailed questionnaire about what the child likes, is it possible for the child to leave one of the clubs, but in practice there were many children and the children left, and no one even asked them. They came in bad weather, they sat the children in a circle and, as at a meeting of alcoholics, they had to say their names, how old they were, where they came from. Of course, this attraction tired 3-year-olds after 2 minutes. My child refused immediately. Until I found some game, no one paid attention to him. After 10 minutes, they silently took away the game, which he calmly played, and gave it to another child. Beauty salon: bummer guaranteed. The brochure says one thing, they make half for the same price. I went for an oriental massage. Written, with oil such and such. The masseuse offered me with rice oil, but 30 leva more expensive. I ask, but with what? She: "ordinary. " I: "so in the price list with different aromatics... " She: "no, no! ". My mother went to a facial, asked again in advance what was included - they did half. At the reception, she became indignant that she had asked in advance, but she still didn’t do one or the other. She was answered: "Ah, this is more misunderstood. We will give you a discount of 9 leva (out of 150! )". And so in everything. . . The return flight was moved from 10 am, first to 23.40, then to 2.40. What is it like with children all night on the road! It is a pity only the money spent and holidays. The theme of Bulgaria is closed once and for all!
