For a long time we doubted where to go, but taking into account two children, we decided to choose Bulgaria. Type "children's resort". This is the impression we got after visiting this country in 2003. Since I am busy at work, we decided that we would go this way: I will stay for two weeks, then I will return to Kyiv, and my mother-in-law will come to replace me for a week.

In Kyiv, they chose Zlaten Tour as a tour operator. We were assured that we would not recognize Bulgaria, but we did. Very much in terms of service, the Soviet Union reminded, and in terms of prices, Spain.

We took the all inclusive tour. Upon arrival at the Elenite hotel, they explained to us that we would be accommodated where it was convenient for the hotel. As a result, for 3 weeks we dragged the stroller up the stairs to the height of the 4th floor.

Number: Egypt-3 stars, cheap hotel. Only after persuasion did we see at least ORT on TV. No one was in a hurry to change the bed. Well, that is, you can sleep all three weeks on the same bed and dry yourself with the same towel.

Nutrition.
This is a long topic. Well, firstly, there is no declared children's menu. Children were offered: pasta, fried potatoes, overcooked cutlets. Attempts to force the staff to cook at least porridge for children did not lead to anything.
If in the evening cutting, in the morning - a salad from this very cutting.
The menu is very limited. The Bulgarians even managed to cook fish tastelessly. No variety. Of the vegetables and fruits, once they gave watermelon, and so, mostly bananas. The restaurants declared on the territory actually turned out to be branches of our dining room. Well, for example, an Italian grill bar. He worked from 10 am to 4 pm. Menu: go-dog, pizza with filling: sausages and cheese. To my question: well, where is the grill? They answered me: it was last year, this year we only do move-dogs.
"All inclusive" gradually began to turn off. First, the bars near the pools stopped serving, then in the water park they began to demand payment for sunbeds and umbrellas. And so on...

Excursions Landis.
We went to Robinson's Island. First, 40 minutes on the bus, then 40 minutes on some vessel on the sea, everyone froze, how terrible. What was our surprise when we learned that Robinson lives on the beach, a 3-minute walk from our hotel! In short, they took us for a ride like Moscow taxi drivers on the square of three stations. The program on the island was no more than 2 left, not that it was not funny, but even stupid, I would say. Moreover, it turned out that drinks in a bar on this very island are very paid. If you go, be sure to bring food with you. Half of our group did not eat dinner.

Insurance. Our child is sick. Being fully confident in the insurance policy issued by Zlaten Tour, we went to the doctor. He said that the inspection would cost 100 leva. (Leva to dollar exchange rate 1 dollar = 1.33 leva). We presented an insurance policy. They explained to us that they could not accept it, because this insurance company does not pay bills.

Long story short, I had to pay in cash. The interaction between the Ukrainian operator Zlaten Tour and the Bulgarian Landis is simply terrible.

As I said earlier, we had to change with the mother-in-law, she had to return with her wife and two children. Imagine my surprise when, while in Bulgaria, I found out that my mother-in-law was flying back on a completely different flight! Well, that is, it turns out that the wife with two children first, and the mother-in-law after 6 hours later. In short, I had to become such a fixed-route taxi plying from Kyiv to Borispol airport. In an attempt to somehow clarify the situation, I said 200 dollars of negotiations. Nobody knows anything!

For some reason, Landis was not at all aware of who was flying when. Zlaten Tur told me, "what's wrong with that, they're coming back one day. " Upon arrival in Kyiv, Zlatentur began to storm. Frozen until the last day.
As a result, the wife, two small children and mother-in-law were waiting for the flight from Kyiv to arrive at the Burgas airport, on which they were brought tickets for their Flight. Then they ran in search of the person who was supposed to bring them tickets.

Speaking of Burgas. At customs, you will be asked to hand over all the water. You cannot take it with you in your hand luggage. True, then you can find out that your flight is delayed by 6-7 hours of commercials and you will buy a "cola" for 5 bucks for 0.33 liters.

Conclusion: The Ukrainian tour operator Zlaten Tour is an exact copy of its Bulgarian counterparts from Landis: unreasonably expensive, not organized, continuous inconsistencies, false information, disregard for the tour operator, both Ukrainian and Bulgarian, towards tourists. Hotel Elenite (Elenite) in terms of prices - an expensive resort in Europe, in terms of service - a cheap hotel in Egypt.
The long-awaited family vacation was ruined.
I really hope that my review will help other tourists to relax, really relax. I can confidently say that I personally will communicate with the tour operators who arranged this trip for me, except in court.
