The Andalusia hotel has not enough elevators - there is always a queue, very poor monotonous food - there are no juices, there is nothing for children and adults who do not drink wine, they have not seen unchopped meat in a month, the chicken was 2-3 times and then they didn’t get it for everyone, they don’t boil porridge, they breed it muesli in hot milk - the children spat, did not eat, in soups, cutlets put too many spices - this is not to the taste of many, the cake buns were delicious, there were fruits. My children survived only thanks to the wonderful sour milk, everything else was impossible to eat, children 8 and 2 years old - everything was paid for, the floor in the restaurant is smooth, always wet, slippery, people fell, there were not enough mugs, cups. The place, the territory are beautiful, but the animations are almost always 10 lev for each child. The medicine is poorly organized, the staff does not speak Russian, German, or English! There was a bitter aftertaste left - they threw away money, time. I hope they will draw conclusions in Andalusia and improve the level of catering, redo the most dangerous floor in the restaurant, learn how to cook porridge soups and speak Russian
