Even if you never be in the place you write about, you contradict yourself!
1. There is only one Elenite Villas hotel in Elenite - this is a 3 * bungalow-type hotel, naturally without elevators, so you had to choose more carefully (this can be seen in the Landis catalog too! ) on the 1st floor! And don't compare it to 5* hotels (they cost more and have better service).

sandwiches, hot and cold soft drinks, ice cream, sweets - during

during the day in the lobby bars;
- drinks and snacks in themed restaurants /on request/;
- use of sports facilities /some - on request/;
- free umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach and by the pool; (no water park loungers! )
- aquapark. ALL!!!
2. Excursion "Robinson's Island" is conducted from Sunny Beach and all advertising posters and counters clearly show the route (exactly to Elenita! ), "vessel" and all the conditions. Before buying a tour, take the trouble to first find out everything in detail, and do not think it all out yourself...

4. And with tickets - of course, everything needs to be checked back in Kyiv, and your surprise, being in Bulgaria, is to find out that your mother-in-law is flying back on a completely different flight! only points to your incompetence!

Conclusion: The Ukrainian tour operator Zlaten tour fulfilled all obligations to you in Kyiv, and Landis accepted / sent you in Bulgaria. it is surprising to hear the opposite from you, but the food in Bulgaria is everywhere of a very good level ......since 1996 I have been in Bulgaria every year in different places not only on the coast, but throughout the country!
here's the point: after reading the report on the IBEROSTAR SUPERTUS RESORT hotel in Croatia (Brac Island), where food and service were specifically blamed, and visiting this hotel this year, I was indescribably and pleasantly surprised in the opposite! The service and food was excellent! To this I add that I am not any person interested in the tourist business, I am not connected with them with my business and here I present only my personal objective views on recreation. There are some minor problems in everything (both at home and at work ... ), but there are always more positive ones, you just need to learn how to properly organize and use your time!
With deep respect to everyone who “does not sit in the country”, but is trying to somehow actively spend on trips and travels a life that is not very full of positive impressions, as well as to those who help us with this!
