Territory
++
The slope of the mountain is a hilly terrain.
Long embankment for evening walks - 800 meters.
No mosquitoes.
Close to a supermarket ("Piccadilly") that accepts cards and an ATM, however, with a single withdrawal limit of 400 lev 100 r. , i. e. it is more profitable to withdraw the equivalent of 10.000 rubles. or more. But still, it is more profitable than buying dollars or euros at home, or even changing rubles into levs right away.
--
Nowhere to go - out of the way hotel. A mountain rises above the roofs, overgrown with forest - it would be possible to break paths in it, if there are no other places for walking.
Noisy peahens - peacock hens - roam the territory. They scream even at night! They can also yell in your front garden in the middle of the night like March cats. Why they are kept is not clear - they do not even have beautiful tails. (There is also a tailed peacock, but he saves his tail and does not go beyond the fence of the poultry house. )

Wifi in the lobby is insanely slow.
You can also buy a fast one - 20 MB for a week for 10 lev, I think. This is greed.
There are no pointers (strictly speaking, they are, but practically useless).
There is no detailed map of the territory, and even receptionists do not always know where everything is. For example, we learned (how - also funny) that at 10:00 in the Candy store there are Bulgarian lessons. Where to look for the Candy store, no one answered us.
There are probably half the children in the hotel, but there are no sinks or child-sized toilets.
Playground and swimming pool - in the farthest edge. On the site in the evening there are puddles from yesterday's rain, although it would be possible to fill them with even sand and pebbles from the beach.
The children's pool is uninteresting - flat and without slides.
There are no ramps on the main and steepest stairs: to the dining room and to the sea. Moreover, the dining room can only be reached by these stairs. So they drag strollers with babies in their arms over them.
Few urns.
Basically no flowers. Only sheared juniper.
Unusual designations of toilets: male - a typical female triangle, female - a rectangle drawn in the belt.
On the roofs of the administrative building, wires are thrown in different directions, in some places they are twisted.

Rooms
++
Spacious (family).
There is air conditioning.
--
The air conditioner beeps loudly when turned on and off.
The roof of the balcony is leaking in both rooms (we lived in 201 and 202). We were unlucky with the weather, and the leaking roof didn't add any positives. For 10 days they did not fix it. However, during a good rain, the roof leaked even in the dining room, so the balcony is seeds.
There were no hooks in the bathroom. Asked to screw - to no avail.
I would like to have a partition in the room, between a double bed and a bunk bed - there is enough space for this.
There is no table on the veranda.
The safe is paid, while it is fastened with 2 bolts that are easily unscrewed with your fingers.

The curtains are dragging on the floor - and look, the kids - or adults - will come and break off.
The transparent window in the bathroom looks out onto the balcony of the adjacent bungalow. Let him look anywhere, but you can also insert frosted glass!
No hair dryer.
Titanium hot water runs out quickly.

Nutrition
++
Ice cream all day (in the cafe under the dining room).
The waiters unobtrusively clean the dishes.
Tasty coffee.
Peaches without limits.
--
Ice cream tasteless.
A small selection of dishes, in the morning there is sometimes nothing to eat if the scrambled eggs and sausages are tired.
The boiling water runs out quickly. Sometimes the only option is to heat the water in the microwave (High for 2 minutes : )).
No greens, only onions. There are no watermelons.
There are no names of dishes, only designations: chicken, pork, beef - sometimes incorrect - and even then not always.
No toothpicks.
There are no napkins on the tables.
Delicious sweets are put very little (puff pastry).
In a cafe, disposable tableware is uncomfortable and looks cheap.

Beach, sea
++
Sand.
Smooth entrance.
There are no jellyfish (near the shore - at depth there are).
--
No pier to jump into the water.
Few sunbeds.
Few souls.
No foot washer.
There are no changing rooms.
No urns.
There are no sidewalks for wheelchairs.
No beach towels.

Aquapark
++
high slides
--
Uncomfortable.
There are few mountains.
Sunbeds for 5 lev, the same for an umbrella. There are few sunbeds, so from the point of view of the administration, the fee is justified, but from the point of view of "All inclusive" this is nonsense.
Cold water in the pools, and the coldest - in the nursery.
The most popular slide - horseshoes - has the lowest throughput, for cheesecakes - hunting.
Employees smoke in the workplace.
The toilet is dirty. Fortunately, there is also a toilet in the locker room.
The men's and women's locker rooms are opposite each other and do not close.

Animation
--
Secretive.
In Bulgarian. Only in recent days have you heard announcements in English and Russian.

There are no entertainers (I don't like the word "animator") aimed at teenagers. No one collects them, no one organizes a social circle.
My daughter went with a desire to chat with new friends, but in the end, zilch.
The animation hall is small and stuffy, and the spacious outdoor amphitheater in front of the "Royal Park" is not used.
Funny scenery, drawn with gouache on paper.

Sport
++
New, serviceable equipment at the windsurfing school.
--
No place for games (football, flying saucer). From a fairly large lawn we were driven away.
From the air rifle, minors are allowed to shoot only in the presence of a parent, and the shooting range itself can only be found by chance.
The tennis table is not fenced with a net, and the ball often flies off the high veranda.
The table area is not lit, like billiards, and is not protected from rain - the floor becomes slippery from water.
There is not a single working equipment in the gym, except maybe an exercise bike.

Local tour operator (Bon-Tour)
++
We returned a children's sandal that was lost on the bus - thanks for that!
--
Meeting at the airport - collective farm initiative: tablets in the hands, crushing.
Chauffeurs in casual instead of uniform.
Buses are unkempt, minibuses are also shaky.

From Bulgaria left a miserable impression: the country is small, but unkempt. Often come across traces of the construction boom - unfinished houses and hotels.
I liked only the botanical garden in Balchik, and even that one is the former residence of the Romanian queen. By the way, they sell wine there - I won’t say “excellent”, because I don’t understand wines, but delicious. Brand "Queen's Winery House". The same wine is sold at the airport, but a little more expensive, and they don’t give a try : ). Unfortunately, the schedule of the excursion allocates very little time to the botanical garden, but it deserves more.

Absolutely stupid excursion - Burgas-Sozopol-r. Ropotamo. They brought me to Burgas for an hour - like, for shopping. I don’t know what you can buy there - I didn’t go for that - an hour is not enough for this, in my opinion. There is nothing to see on the central pedestrian street.
In Ropotamo, they put you on a boat and take you to the sea, the trip takes place in complete silence. Only in Sozopol we walked more or less meaningfully.
We went by regular bus to Nessebar (4 leva). The conductor showed a vivid hatred of tourists (or maybe Russians). If you are asked where it is better to get out, then, loving tourists, you will tell everything in detail. Her answer: "I have to say - I have to pay. "

Burgas Airport - small, uncomfortable, poor seating, unconditioned. And we had to spend 8 hours in it. We stocked up on water at the hotel, and it was taken away even before passport control. After that, you remember Antalya Airport with warmth, because there hand luggage is checked before boarding. I had to buy half-litres at 1.99 lev. It's good that cards are accepted, because by that time the lions had already run out. And they also took away the Swiss knife dear to my heart, with which I flew from Domodedovo, and from Vnukovo, and from Antalya.
Here, of course, I slowed down: I had to run to the check-in desk and give it to some fellow traveler in luggage.

We flew on paired Vim-Avia flights: 6357 and 6358. I name the flights because they left late and returned even more late, which is why they didn’t get to the hotel for dinner, but arrived at 4 o’clock in the morning instead of 9 pm . It seems that for 2 weeks, while we were resting, they did not enter the schedule.
