We decided to go to Elenite villas for the second time, because last year everything suited us and we liked it very much. This year we realized that we would not go there again and would not recommend traveling with small children.
Yes, I agree that the territory there is magnificent, that the very idea of living not in a hotel, but in a separate small house is wonderful, that there are pools for children of different ages, that you can leave a stroller with things everywhere, toys are safe, BUT... This BUT outweighs everything else.
Accommodation.

It should be noted that the villas are located differently relative to the sea. There are those that run parallel to the shore, and there are those that run parallel to the road leading away from the sea, i. e. go deep into the territory of the resort. It is impossible to book a room (except for the first line, which is more expensive. If you are not lucky enough to check into a room near the sea, then it is practically impossible for you to be moved. It is difficult to walk with a baby under the scorching sun to a restaurant, and then to the sea. We can hardly they caught the administrator, swore, but they could only move us in the middle of our stay, that is, after a week. Then we realized that this was an exception.
Room cleaning.
They don't clean every day. The sink was simply wiped, it remained as it was with dirty stains. The floor is not washed under the beds. The beds are made, but the linen is changed after 3 days. Towels are changed if left on the floor. It was fun when we did just that and they didn't clean our room.
Nutrition.
Compared to last year, things have changed a lot. They fed badly. Soups were generally impossible. If you run for lunch in the front rows, then you may get a piece of meat, and if you run in the last rows, then there will not only be no meat, but you will not find fork-knives either.
There is always a crowd, it’s very stuffy, you have to go in search of a free table first, then in search of waiters in crumpled shirts to be removed from the vacant table, then cutlery, and only then in line for semi-finished products, which were fed both for lunch and dinner. For some reason, pasta is always in cold water, completely tasteless. And porridge is a "song". One mother took a plate, tried it and roared: "What kind of horror is this ?? ? Do you even imagine the technology of making porridge? "
You can eat ice cream all the time. Last year there was a man who filled cups with ice cream balls in a candy store. He wore gloves and kept the refrigerator closed at all times. This year he was fired, and people take ice cream themselves. Each with their own hands, with one spoon. But who knows who is clean and who is not. Children are gaining slowly, all containers of ice cream are melting, the ball may fall from them and they can take it with their hands.
After a couple of days, we decided that we would lose weight, and we would fatten the children at home after endless portions of french fries, because there was nothing else to feed them.
Beach
Sun loungers are free, but due to the fact that there are a lot of people, someone had to jump out of bed in the morning and run to take them.

The entrance to the water is sandy, but a strip of large stones and algae frightened the children, they did not go into the sea themselves. Yes, it was problematic for adults to get out of the sea during the waves. Umbrellas over sun loungers did not open all. I had to first look for a suitable stick to insert it into this simple mechanism. Then the umbrella opened and held.
Pools.
They made us happy. The water in the smallest heated up quickly, there were not many people there.
Those who are going to rest there in the summer of 2011, I want to warn you that, apparently, there is an infection going around there. From 2 mothers I heard there that the children were lying with a temperature of under 40 for 3 days. I thought it wouldn't affect us, but my child got sick the night before we left. Vomiting, loose, frequent stools, and then the same temperature under 40 and the same days. It’s good that we are already at home, that we are already with our doctors and medicines.
Summary.
The resort is beautiful, but the Bulgarians dispose of this wealth completely unreasonably. If you can't accommodate so many tourists, what's the point of inviting? If you can’t properly feed, change linen and clean rooms, then what’s the point in your work, dear friends?
As for us, we will choose other, more favorable places for recreation. I wish everyone who goes there patience and good luck.
